MECHANICS: HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RAFFLE

1. From November 3 to December 25, 2024, Vision Express customers can get a chance to win an trip to London for 2 worth Php 180,000 courtesy of Vision Express when they make a minimum purchase worth Php 5,000 and above (net of discount).
2. Customer is qualified for one (1) e-raffle ticket when they make a minimum purchase worth Php 5,000 up and above (net of discount).
3. Deadline for registration to earn the e-raffle entry is on December 25, 2024.
4. To qualify for the e-raffle, customer must register and complete the online form with their correct details. Customer can scan the QR code (Marketing will provide an A4 size POP with QR code).
   
   

   The online will include the following data fields:

   • Complete name
   • Age (customer must be at least 18 years of age)
   • Birthday
   • E-mail address
   • Home Address
5. Only one (1) winner will be chosen to receive an all-expense London trip for two (2) persons inclusive of a roundtrip airfare, 4-night accommodation and a guided tour.
6. Promo raffle draw is on January 5, 2025 and will be witnessed by a DTI Representative.
7. The winner will be notified via registered email, SMS, and their name will be posted at Vision Express social media account (FB and IG).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Promo prize is transferable but is not convertible to cash.
• Official winner will need to present one (1) valid ID to validate their identity and raffle entry.
  • Valid IDs include:
    • Passport
    • Driver's License
    • TIN ID
    • National ID
    • PhilHealth ID
    • Postal ID
    • Voter's ID
    • SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID
• Official winner must submit documents of the two (2) participating travelers who will receive the prizes. These will be used by Vision Express when purchasing the prizes.
• The following will be shouldered by Vision Express:
  • Purchasing of two (2) Roundtrip Economy Airfare at Philippine Airlines for May 12 to 16, 2025 trip (exact time will be discussed with the winner upon purchase).
  • Purchasing of one (1) hotel room accommodation for 5 days and 4 nights for two (2) people.
  • Purchasing of guided city tour for 1 day.
• All employees of HOBLI, Inc. including their partners and affiliates, their ad agency, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
