Promo Duration: November 3 to December 25, 2024

Promo MECHANICS: HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RAFFLE

1. From November 3 to December 25, 2024, a customer is qualified for one (1) e-raffle ticket when they make a minimum purchase worth Php 5,000 up and above (net of discount).
2. Deadline for registration to earn the e-raffle entry is on December 25, 2024.
3. To qualify for the e-raffle, customer must register and complete the online form at https://visionexpress.ph/pages/trip-to-london with their correct details.
   The online will include the following data fields:
   • Complete name
   • Age (customer must be at least 18 years of age)
   • Birthday
   • E-mail address
   • Home Address
   • Contact Number
   • Name of Sales Associate who assisted the customer
   • Vision Express Branch where purchase was made
   • Date of purchase
   • Sales Invoice Number
4. Only one (1) winner will be chosen to receive the following prizes:
   • Two (2) Tickets from Ninoy Aquino International Airport to London Heathrow Airport.
   • Two (2) Tickets to London Heathrow Airport to Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
   • Hotel Accommodations for 5 days and 4 nights at Zedwell Piccadilly Hotel.
   • London Big Bus Tour
   • Travel period is within 6 months from the date the winner claimed the prize.
5. Promo raffle draw is on January 6, 2025 and will be witnessed by a DTI Representative.
6. House of Branded Lifestyle Inc. reserves the right, in concurrence with DTI, to reject a participant if he/she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in this promo mechanics. Winners can win only once.
7. The winner will be notified via registered mail, email, and SMS, based on the client’s information in the records in the House of Branded Lifestyle Inc.’s database. Their name will also be posted at https://visionexpress.ph/pages/trip-to-london
8. The winner will need to present one (1) valid ID and confirm the name, phone number, home address, and email address to be used for when House of Branded Lifestyle Inc. purchase their prize.
   • Valid IDs include:
     • Passport
     • Driver's License
     • TIN ID
     • National ID
     • PhilHealth ID
     • Postal ID
     • Voter's ID
     • SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID
9. The winner must submit documents of the two (2) participating travelers who will receive the prizes at House of Branded Lifestyle Inc. Head Office, UDC Bldg B., 2274 Chino Roces Avenue, Magallanes, Makati City. They may also mail their documents via email at marketing.brand@hobli.com.ph. These will be used by Vision Express when purchasing the prizes.
10. Tickets will be purchased by House of Branded Lifestyle Inc. within three (3) days after winner confirm their details.
11. The following will be shouldered by House of Branded Lifestyle Inc.:
    1. Purchasing of two (2) Roundtrip Economy Airfare at Philippine Airlines.
       1. Two (2) Tickets from Ninoy Aquino International Airport to London Heathrow Airport
       2. Two (2) Tickets to London Heathrow Airport to Ninoy Aquino International Airport
    2. Hotel Accommodations for 5 days and 4 nights at Zedwell Picadilly Hotel.
    3. London Big Bus Tour
    4. Ticket price increase will be shouldered by House of Branded Lifestyle Inc.
    5. Delivery fee of tickets to any Philippine location.
    6. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the House of Branded Lifestyle Inc..
12. Promo prize is transferable but is not convertible to cash or other items.
13. Prizes are transferable provided that the winner must provide a written endorsement letter together with a photocopy of their passport or a valid ID with specimen signature submitted to House of Branded Lifestyle Inc. Head Office, UDC Bldg B., 2274 Chino Roces Avenue, Magallanes, Makati City. The nominated recipient must be able to satisfy the requirements for the claiming of prize.
14. Claiming period by the winner is good until sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail.
15. The travel prizes are valid within 6 months from the date the winner claimed the prize.
16. Prizes not redeemed after the sixty (60) day period from receipt of the registered mail will be forfeited and may be used as deemed necessary by House of Branded Lifestyle Inc. upon approval of DTI.
17. All travel insurance, travel visa and any other ancillary costs, except as specifically stated above in item of Major Prize, incurred by a winner are the responsibility of the individual prize winner and, where applicable, their nominated guests.
18. Promo is valid in all Vision Express Stores nationwide.
19. All employees of House of Branded Lifestyle Inc. including their partners and affiliates, their ad agency, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
