Once your order is placed, you will receive and email confirmation stating the following details above. In addition, once the item is dispatched to our third party courier, you will receive an email and text with a tracking number and url showing that your item in on the way. Our third party courier will send a following text message on the same day your item will be deliver for advanced notice to arrival to your home. Your are notified every step of the way with Vision Express.

Deformed and unaligned frame

I ordered online to not go to a store anymore since the branch nearest me was still far from where i live, so i thought that it will be less hassle, if i order online since i am very busy as well but to my disappointment, when I received the glasses, its frame was not in a good shape, it was deformed and unaligned so I emailed right away and they told me that I had to go to a vision express branch nearest me to get it fix, free of charge (of course, it should be). Which I was trying to avoid in the first place, right?, that is why I ordered online, it was such a hassle for me. I don’t know what happened because its case was a very hard case so I am not sure how it became deformed and unaligned. I am very disappointed and unhappy. It was a almost 10k glasses and I wasn’t expecting any of these. When i got to the vision express branch, i was told that since i bought it online that i had to sign a waiver and i did. Gladly it was fixed but still not happy with my experience. I will never buy from your store again definitely. It was a very bad experience.
