BRIDGE WIDTH

The bridge width refers to the distance between the two lenses, wherethe frame rests on the bridge of your nose. Measure the distance between the inneredges of the lenses to determine the bridge width.

LENS HEIGHT

Measure the height of one of your lenses from the top edge to thebottom edge. Again, this measurement is usually given in millimeters.

TEMPLE LENGTH

Measure the length of the temple arms (also known as temple pieces)from the hinge to the point where the arms curve around your ears. Thismeasurement is usually provided in millimeters.

FRAME WIDTH

Start by measuring the width of your face from temple to temple. Use aruler or measuring tape to get an accurate size.

LENS WIDTH

Measure the width of one of your lenses, starting from the widest point. This measurement in dictates the size of the lens itself, typically in millimeters (mm).
