From the rapid decline in global consumer spending for retail, travel, and service-oriented businesses, to the spike in Dalgona coffee, K-dramas, and grocery delivery Google searches and video conference app downloads over the last three months, it’s evident that the COVID-19 pandemic has drastically changed how—and where—we live our lives today.

Despite this being the digital age, the implementation of lockdowns and quarantines in cities all over the world has forced us to become even more dependent on technology than usual. In a study made by social media management platform Hootsuite and media company We Are Social last year, the Philippines ranked highest for time spent online daily. Blue light is a color in the visible light spectrum that can be seen by the human eye.
