– Don’t stare at the light.

When you’re in front of the screen, take a 20-second break every 20 minutes. Look 20 feet into the distance so that your eyes can refocus, rest, and then, blink to rehydrate.

Yoga headstands have many benefits, but those with eyes that have low tolerance for high pressure sure go easy. Inversions could make optic nerve damage worse, which is not good for those with glaucoma.
