Vision Express celebrates real customers in Icons Among Us campaign
Vision Express is putting its customers front and center for the Spring/Summer 2026 season. Through its new “Icons Among Us” campaign, the premium optical retail chain highlights real customers by celebrating their personal stories, bold style, and individuality.
The campaign marks a new chapter for the brand, which has built its reputation on exceptional customer service and a wide selection of international designer eyewear. As Vision Express enters its 12th year in the Philippines, the company says it remains committed to being the country’s premier destination for eye care and eyewear.
Vision Express President Neelam Gopwani emphasized that the campaign is meant to recognize the people who have supported the brand since its early days.
“On our 12th year, we celebrate the real VIPs of Vision Express: our customers who have supported us throughout the years. This year, we are going full throttle with providing them that extra mile through high-end eye care services and by making the latest collections from global designer brands accessible in the Philippines,” Gopwani said.
Staying true to its community-focused approach, Vision Express moved away from celebrity endorsers and professional models for the campaign. Instead, it features real customers—including a hands-on mom, a chief marketing officer, and award-winning design directors—each representing the diverse community that continues to trust the brand.
The company is also upgrading its customer experience with advanced technologies such as the UK-standard vision7 eye exam, the AI-powered VisionPlus retinal imaging machine, and the AI Styling Studio, which uses facial analysis to recommend eyewear.
Vision Express recently refreshed its website as well, making it easier for customers to browse new collections, book eye exams, locate stores, and check ongoing promotions.
New Spring/Summer 2026 eyewear collections from brands such as Dior, Prada, Tom Ford, and Miu Miu have also landed in stores.
To meet growing demand, Vision Express plans to open new locations at SM Aura Premier, Evia Lifestyle Center, SM Megamall, SM City Clark, and SM Seaside City Cebu in the coming months. By the first half of 2026, the brand expects to operate 55 stores nationwide
